Sales Associate - The Grove Inc.

Retail Sales - Chicago - O'Hare, IL - Part Time to Full Time

Sales Associate - $16.50-$17/hour

Description:                        
Respond to customer needs and concerns in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.         

Responsibilities:                                 
  • Receive/prepare accurate food orders 
  • Collect payments for customer purchases via POS system

Skills/Experience:                                          
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • 1 to 3 years of restaurant experience

Requirements:                                                             
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness at all times
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs. 
  • Able to stand for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day
  • Able to instantly bend, twist, or lift over shoulders on a regular basis
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality of the product
  • Must obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment
  • Adhere to Covid-19 safety protocols
  • Pass a Chicago Department of Aviation/Homeland Security background check (airport location only)
