Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restocker to join our team. The Restocker plays a crucial role in ensuring that our shops are fully stocked and organized, contributing to an efficient shopping experience for our fans. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Restock shelves, ingredients and products in a timely and organized manner.
• Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and displayed according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock items to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
• Assist with unloading shipments and organizing products for easy access.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and fan satisfaction.
• Trained in creating Legacy Recipes when needed.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Basic understanding of inventory management practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail or stocking roles is preferred but not required.
