Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items following McDonald’s quality and safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens
- Assemble sandwiches, sides, and meals accurately
- Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitized throughout the shift
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking supplies
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years old
- Prior kitchen or fast food experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Comfortable working with kitchen equipment and in high-heat environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items (up to 25-50 lbs.)
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
